Firstly, I was welcomed with open arms. I was given the freedom to look around without being weirdly followed and interrogated by a representative. I was allowed to inspect (visually) the car of my choice on my on, again not being pressured to do anything. I came on Wednesday (4 September 2024) and got approved on the 5th of September 2024. Leon was so kind as to fully explain everything to me in details. This helped a lot because I’m a first-time car buyer, so I was basically clueless about most things. He broke down all the fees for me to understand. He’s very patient. There weren’t any hidden costs. The lady that assisted me (Bianca) was the sweetest and most patient at that moment. Overall experience, *EXCELLENT* 💯💯💯💯
