An overall good experience

I had an overall good service experience from Koos and Mike. Although I did not buy one of their more expensive vehicles, they were still very accomodating in fixing the all small issues I had on my car. Only 1 area of improvement I can recommend them looking at: 1. Before listing a vehicle, make sure all the functions on the listing is actually working. My car was listed with Bluetooth, Aux and MP3. The 'safe mode' on the radio was activated for some reason and therefore took close to 3 weeks to rectify. This was somewhat of an inconvenience, but Koos and Mike still committed themselves to sorting it out. Today, after having all the issues rectified on my car, I am more than happy with my purchase. Thanks to the team members of Koos and Mike for making the transaction possible.
