5 stars when things go wrong.

When things go well it's easy to give a 5-star rating, but it's much more difficult to be rated 5 stars when things go wrong. We bought a car from Koos and Mike and it turned out that there were numerous faults with the vehicle. Koos personally worked with us to get the faults sorted. That meant taking the car back twice to make repairs. We now have a car that is reliable and used by our teenage daughter daily. Koos and Mike went out of their way to address our issues and did not stop until they were all resolved. A well-deserved 5 stars from us, even though it took some doing.
