Shocking Service

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Koopfurn. I ordered items as listed on the invoice. With item 1 I made it clear that I need silver handles. To my surprise gold handles were made and delivered - this is after I have been asked to verify on many occassions. I raised this concern and I was promised it will be rectified. A month later still waiting and no communication. If this is how you conduct business once you have taken someone's money then I don't want to be associated with your company. With this company you are on your own once your items are delivered. The lady handling the whatsapp is rude and always wants to appear as correct.
