Poor quality and service
My experience with Koopfurn has been an absolute nightmare. I initiated my order on the 16th September 2025. Till to date I am waiting on delivery of my dining room chairs. Of course they were delivered late on 20 November, wrong colour, poor workmanship I complained and my complaint was handled by Muzi. Poor comms and blatant lies on delivery timelines has left me extremely disappointed with Koopfurn. All signs of a badly managed business operations because u tell me why am I still without chairs in April 2026?
