No delivery of order and no responses on emails and phones

I placed an order on 20/05/25 till to date I have not received any update about my order or delivery. The person operating their phone is not helpful and no response to my request. Emails have been sent countless and still on response. I am on 12/06/2025 since I ordered and paid but no communication from them whatsoever.
