Extremely Disappointed: Bad Customer Service & Lack of Transparency

I placed an order for a TV stand on 19 March and was impressed by how quickly the company responded once payment was made. However, I was soon informed that the item was out of stock and would need to be manufactured something that was not stated on the website at the time of purchase. That’s where the issues began. I had to initiate all follow-ups via WhatsApp and responses took days, if they came at all. It has now been three months (12 June 2025) and I still have not received my order :( I strongly advise others to check stock availability before ordering and to be cautious when dealing with this company, their customer service is BAD.
