Worst aftersales I've ever experienced

Ordered a PS5 from them. Paid in full. When it arrived the controller was faulty. Wanted to arrange an exchange like you would do with any normal company. They referred me to a third party company that handles the warranties. Unacceptable because that's never how exchanges have ever worked with any company I have ever bought something from. The third party company told me that I have to drive 150km's to the nearest place to have my controller exchanged. Had to buy a new controller for R1400 just to be able to use my console. Koodoo just seems to want to take the cash and pass any responsibility and aftersales off to someone else. Rather go to Takealot or anywhere else. You will probably get better service.
