Useless customer service

Koodoo has by far the worst customer service I've experienced. I order a jacket from them that was the smallest size and it was too big for my younger brother. I requested a return and they took 1 week to respond. They then cited their returns policy which says " WEARABLE MERCHANDISE

Except as otherwise provided in any legislation, all refunds and/or exchanges of merchandise will be subject to the following restrictions and only accepted provided the following conditions are met

All original tags and any sewn labels are still attached The item/s are in an unworn, unopened and unused state In original sealed packaging

According to the Consumer Protection Act, any good purchased which have not been seen before purchase are legible for a full refund if not to the consumer's satisfaction.

The jacket was taken out of the packaging and then we see that it is too big and was unworn and still had all the tags. They took another week to respond asking for pictures, and then another week to tell me that I need to pay for shipping back to them, for them to decide if they could resell it before giving a refund or exchange.

Useless customer service. Rather buy from china mall than deal with people who'll use every excuse and delay not to provide a customer with adequate service.
