TERRIBLE SERVICE

Gamefinity/Filmfinity has no sense of customer service as their sales manager Bradley interrupts you when you talk and is extremely rude. Not even to talk about the gentleman who answers the phone. He tells people oh well. Their accounts department is no better as they don't bother getting back to people when you open an account. The attitude of the staff is terrible.

They need to get staff who actually cares about service.
