Sending back same broken controller

I bought a cold war edition nacon controller from them, after playing with the controller for about an hour, i noticed that it was fault, i then sent it back and was told that i would receive a new controller, which i did or so i though...

They sent me the same controller that i had sent back, they tried fixing it but instead of fixing the issue on the controller they made it worse
