Finding it pretty upsetting that i bought a set of headphones yesterday, went home and plugged them in and was very disapointed at the quality not the shops fault at all, all i want to do is return them and pay the difference for a better set? its still in the orignal packaging the only thing is the seal has been opened, how are people meant tell if they are happy with the product if they cant test it?

Totally understandable if its been a couple days or the box is damaged but i really feel like iv wasted R 750.00
