Poor service for the first purchase on this site

I placed an order when the God of War Jotnar Edition was available for pre-order. My order was confirmed and payment was received. I get a call 45 minutes later that they oversold the product and dont have stock, so they cannot fulfill my order. That is absolute ******* - I paid Koodoo and I received confirmation so my order had better be fulfilled or I will take this further. Then they say that my payment will only be refunded in 5-7 working days.
