Poor service

I'm a gamer and this company specializes in gaming needs and gaming merc. But worse customer service ever. I don't recommend you use their services to buy anything because if their is an issue or problem with a transaction they will let the customer run around like a headless chicken and jump through 100 hoops to solve errors on their side and act like they trying to help. If I could I would rate them a minus. This was not the first time I'm having this kind of issue. Once is acceptable but the second and the third time unacceptable.
