Koodoo please stop using CourierIt for deliveries!

Ordered goods from Koodoo who unfortunately decided to use CourierIt for delivery. Unable to track my order on their website. Koodoo notified me that the parcel is with CourierIt (since yesterday), but still unable to track it on CourierIt's website. This is truly sad as I think Koodoo is a great company, but clearly someone didn't do their research and decided to use the worst rated courier service in SA, or they just don't care about their customers so they selected the cheapest courier they could find. I truly hope Koodoo considers using a different courier service, honestly strapping balloons to my parcel and hoping it finds its way to me would be a better option.
