Worst Experience from an online or retail outlet, they will not accept return of gaming headset that does not fit my ears due box being open, all packaging is in tact and product has not been used once, they did not even offer store credit for a more comfortable headset. I would not recommend purchasing from KOODOO GAMING. pathetic customer service and definitely not a good PS ambassador.

This condition ensures that no other customer will receive their product with broken seals, secondly it is imperative to ensure strict health & safety standards to protect you and other customers

23 Jul 2020, 12:36As usual taking advantage of the circumstances, you can make all the excuses you like, this box was previously opened and sealed again in order to add the Fortnite Neo Verso Bundle offered with the Headset. Poor excuses accompanied by poor service. Do not bother replying I do not expect anything from KOODOO GAMING.
