Excellent Customer service

I have been buy from Koodoo for some time now and their service is always excellent.

My last order my new PS5 controller analog stick was faulty. I called customer care and the lady directed me to send them a mail to customer care, which I did. They arranged for the controller to be collected and I received a new 1 after testing within to days.
