Dishonesty: Product adverti*****t

A couple of months ago I bought a PS5 and a game amounting to R13 048,00. Today they delivered the game after months of being informed that the release is delayed. Upon opening the package, I couldn't access the game. I contacted them and they informed me that they do not sell digital games, and because I have opened the package they will not refund me. When I demonstrated that in their advert they did not indicate whether the game I was procuring was not a digital game, and that they do not sell digital games. I was informed that I could take any legal route I wanted. Even when I said let us find a solution to this.
