Damaged Headphone cable..

Bought headphones online and were delivered with a cable cut, contacted customer services they only responded once. I contacted customer services as soon as I received the headphones and sent photos. I am a regular customer but I am not happy with the services and getting headphones with damaged cable. KOO98875
