Broken PS5

I bought a PS5 Digital mega Bundle at Koodoo. It has a one-year warranty. I called them because the PS5 just stopped working. They are demanding that I pay R6000 for them to fix the PS5. They claim this is a standard fee regardless of the cause. This is absurd; an investigation has got to be made on these stores that are de*****ing us on a daily basis.
