Best (Online) Gaming Store in SA

Initially, I thought it was a huge risk purchasing from KOODOO as I didn't know much about them, unlike Game4U/BT Games, but they proved the risk was worth it because now it's my go-to store for all PlayStation gaming things.

• Delivery is fast and efficient (their free door-to-door delivery turns to a nearby collection if your delivery address' area is considered, "high-risk" as the couriers have stated; I don't blame KOODOO though); you'll likely get them within 2-3 working days in perfect condition • Their products are priced fairly (sometimes with a bonus that goes WAY lower than the price of other stores, that you'd think it's unreal, but trust, they WILL prove you wrong) • Customer service is quick to respond and assist when you need it, be it a refund or an enquiry, they will respond quick within the same day, if not after a few hours after posting your request(s) when the store's open.

I don't know how the negative reviewers feel because I've never encountered any problems with them so far. Maybe in the future, but right now, I remain unfazed to even think of going/returning to another gaming store besides KOODOO.
