Title: Extremely Disappointed – Incomplete Work and Poor Service

Dear Konstruct-it,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received following our agreement and your quotation. Despite multiple WhatsApp messages and phone calls, the issues remain unresolved.

After a site inspection where I clearly outlined the scope of work, you provided a quotation which I accepted. I paid the full amount as per your agreement, trusting your company’s reputation and your claim of being a member of the NHBRC and a supporter of local Lowveld businesses.

However, the job was started and then abruptly abandoned. You have not returned to complete the work as quoted and discussed. Instead, you collected your tools and left the site incomplete.

The following items remain outstanding:

Cement floor was broken up in areas not discussed, and this now requires repair. Paving has not been fixed. Gates have not been removed. Rubble has not been cleared. This is unacceptable. I request that the job be completed by Tuesday as per our agreement. If you are unable or unwilling to complete the work, I will be forced to hire another contractor and demand a partial refund for the incomplete and substandard work.

I am extremely disappointed in the way this matter has been handled and in the overall quality and reliability of your service. I trusted your company to deliver on its promises, and I expect a prompt resolution.

Please respond urgently.
