Avoid using Konstruct-it.co / Pave it Nelspruit
Avoid using Konstruct-it. Co / Pave It Nelspruit I'm extremely disappointed with the services of Stephan Holtzhausen from Konstruct-it.co also trading as Pave It Nelspruit. He was contracted for a renovation project and rebuilt of patio roof , but the workmanship was extremely poor and didn't meet NHBRC standards. Despite paying 70% upfront, only about 20% of the work was completed, and we had to hire another contractor to redo everything. We could not use any material that he supp**** and had to pay someone els to do the work with new materials. Do not recommend this contractor - a huge waste of time and money! This person has no intentions of completing the work from the start and had run off with over R100000 of ouer money. We had to take legal actuation and have a case pending.
