Worst possible service. We entered the restaurant and we were not led to a table. After waiting about 10 minutes we were finally led to a table and waited another 30 minutes for our order to be taken by a waiter/waitress. Our waitress arrives and they do not introduce themselves. We ordered our meals along with our drinks. After another 20 minutes and NO communication from our waitress who we find out is Tegan we are made aware that it is quite packed by the manager. During all of this at no point has Tegan addressed us to apologize for the poor service. Even after the manager has addressed us her demeanor has NOT changed, she is still lax and nonchalant and she still has not apologized. What makes all of this tragic is that the table next to us say that they received good service from Tegan which is to say that if she wanted to give us good service she would have. No remorse whatsoever! They will not be receiving my service ever again!!!
