Bad Customer Experience Overall

Booking service not very user friendly - got the booking date wrong and I specified to sit outside but when I got there I was approached by a snotty hostess who told me that I did not specify anything and I just had to sit where ever my allocated table was. This was also the SECOND time that extra items where added to our bill and we were overcharged.
