Worst breakaway

After a long lockdown at the first possibility to breakaway as a family this was our worst choice ever. Firstly we had to stand in a 2 hour line to get into the resort Secondly reception is very unhelpful and cannot provide assistance or information on anything Thirdly the ground is so uneven and hard you cannot get a tent pen into the ground Fourthly the power keeps tripping and then there is no water and the shop in not operational Fifth for the last two night we have not had a drop of warm water, how do you bath a baby and toddler in cold water? Six when you phone the resort manager you get an unhelpful arrogant person to deal with, no ethic.

Surely a resort of this size has the potential and finances to invest in a generator that can atleast keep the water on.
