What an absolute disappointment
What an absolute disappointment. We took our family to Klipdraai and paid R600 for day visitor entrance, only to receive far less than what was advertised. The "warm" pool was ice cold, the bar was closed because we were told there weren't enough people, and the jumping pillow was switched off at 13:00. When my husband asked why, the staff member rudely rep****, "Ons krag," before saying the office told her to switch it off. The bathrooms had no toilet paper, and after waiting over two hours and repeatedly asking, we were told that day visitors have to ask for toilet paper. Why wasn't it provided when we paid? To make matters worse, many of the advertised facilities were closed or not operating, despite charging full entrance. We also heard several other families complaining about the same issues and saying they would never come back. You deserve 0 stars!

If you are a person of colour I would not recommend coming to this place. The white lady is so ****** that the people who were camping next to us came to our assistance. If you go to them they simply dont care to help because you are not white. This happened so blatantly that fellow white people had to speak up for us because it was blatant ******. Kids were asked “weet jule wa is jule” having to proof we have a camp site and we are meant to be here.
