Bad management

The venue is one of the most beautiful places in the Vaal. Their communication is poor. You wait days just to get an invoice. The units are small but clean. They have a serious electrical issue. The shower taps and light switches will shock you. Break a glass and they take R150 from your deposit! When you enquire about this, they reply with a snotty voice note claiming that you also pay for the time to replace a glass. They don't have customer service in mind. They treat you like they are doing you a favour to let you stay there. I don't recommend staying here at all.
