Cleaning lady of a franchise knee to mop the floor

No problem with Frontline staff, it was sad to see the cleaning lady this day of Technology having to kneel down while mopping the floor on a cold day with no mop or even cleaning uniform while Frontline staff have uniform. Disappointing very disappointing.
