Shocked at the poor treatment by Manager

Was appalled at the way Michelle the Manager spoke to us about how we completed a form. She had no interest in understanding our side, but rather focused on scouring us, while my younger sister was busy trying to choose a puppy for become part of our family. I have adopted a puppy preciously from Kitty and Puppy Haven, however this encounter ruined the experience so much that we walked out. The volunteers tried to apologise for her behaviour as we left.
