Michelle, the owner is a ******, rude, nasty and unpleasant woman who should not be customer-facing let alone deal with animals. She made us stand outside in the rain with our 2-year-old. Sadly, whilst she thinks she's protecting the animals under her care, her attitude and behaviour push away many potentially loving and good homes.
