I was in shock of how bad and unfair I was treated by the manager

This place and the manager had me traumatised. I’ve never been treated so rude and disrespectful over the phone. I don’t know how they get people to adopt the animals there cause they treat customers like filth and it seems they don’t want the pets to get adopted. I just wanted to come and meet a lovely kitten that I saw on instagram and the woman over the phone (assuming Michelle as everyone says she is so rude) refused me to come and see the cat. Straight up called me a **** after interrogating me on the age of the house owner’s current cat where I live. I didn’t know the exact age of this cat and said he is very old and might not live very long still. For some insane reason she said that if he is dying then this little kitten is going to annoy him too much. I said “he is not ill or literally dying right now of course!! Just old.” It’s a matter of speech. She said I changed my story on the well being of this cat and I’m lying and so there is no way I can adopt and they don’t want people like me adopting from them!!? I was so shocked. I would have given that little kitten a wonderful home. This is not a place of love and care. They give the wrong portrayal on social media.
