Horrible experience at Kitty and Puppy Haven

I was so disappointed with the rude, obnoxious attitude of Michelle that I received on the phone this morning. I thought I was the only person who had received such treatment until I read Hello Peter.

We had previously adopted a cat from kitty haven in rosebank with no problem. We so loved our cat until his passing at 14 years old.

Whimsey would have been so loved and adored in my home but I was turned away for no real reason. It seemed as if she had already made up her mind before my interview had even began.
