Breed discriminate

I called to try and look at adopting a sweet small dog. Was first denied application because I don't have someone that lives with me full time. I live alone with my cats, what must I do get a roommate, in my tiny bachelor cottage . Then I was denied because I said I would take the dog with me to my boyfriends house when I stayed over with him, denied because he has a pitbull. His pitbull wouldn't hurt a fly, he is the sweetest goof ball on the planet. Was told they don't breed discriminate, but it's in their nature to chase furry things. You just discriminated against my boyfriends dog. All dogs chase things... I understand the dog I wanted to look at doesn't like dogs, but there are ways to fix that, but I wasn't even given the chance. I love animals and was willing to bring an adult dog into my house with my 3 cats, I was willing to give it a home and love, but kitty and puppy haven doesn't breed discriminate.... U all need to wake up and realise pitbulls are awesome dogs. It's the way they are brought up that makes them dangerous it's not in their nature to be that way.
