Absurd policies

If I could give less stars, I would. In my life I never heard of the fact that your child has to be under 6 before you can adopt a dog and that you need to stay at home permanently. This is absurd! The lady I spoke with over the phone was also extremely rude. It's a wonder any animals get adopted.
