Steakless tasteless toasted steak special

I I usually eat from here never had a problem but yesterday we ordered 3 toasted steak specials there was few pieces of steak it was so bad just a toasted chips with lots of sauce lots of was the worse toasted steak special ever please I recommended a lot of my friends and been excited to take the 20 min drive to your place but don't know if I will go back sorry that was bad .
