From the moment we arrived, the service was disappointing. I asked the waiter where I could wash my hands, and he rudely rep**** that there was no water. He then asked my wife and I to sit in the outdoor seating area. We initially sat at a four-seater table, but he immediately told us to move because we were only two people. We were moved to a two-seater that was directly in the sun, making it very uncomfortable. To avoid the heat, we moved inside where there were several vacant tables, including another four-seater. The same waiter approached us again and said he would get into trouble if we sat there because we were only two people and that table was already booked but to my surprise there were no sign stating it is reserved like normal restaurant do. He then moved us once more to a small two-seater in the corner, which was uncomfortable and left us feeling unwelcome. At that point, my wife and I were so frustrated that we decided to leave without ordering. No paying customer should be treated the way we were today. What made the experience even more disappointing was that we noticed two girls, who appeared to be Muslim based on their attire, seated at a four-seater table, yet they were not asked to move while we were repeatedly told to relocate because we were only two people. This inconsistency left us feeling unfairly treated and questioning why the same seating policy was not app**** equally to all customers. Management should seriously address both the attitude of the waiter and ensure that policies are app**** fairly and consistently to every customer.
