Unauthorized Debit order

I renewed a contract for my daugther's tablet with Elite Mobile. I EXPLICITLY said that I DO NOT want Kintel (whatever the heck this is....@$^@^), yet they simply proceed to ********ly deduct the amounts of R49 from my Bank Account. It boggles my mind how someone can simply access my Bank account and steel money from me. I demand an immediate refund and CANCELLATION of this service, which I do not need nor want!
