SUPPORT FAILURE

We've had endless issues with our Emails and each time we contact support we wait days on end for support. Sometimes they tell you they are checking the problem, then they never bother to answer again thereafter. I have had days where they do assist, but these occasions are very rare. We decided then we no longer wanted to be with Kingsley as we needed assistance on the day, especially because these problems always seem to happen in our busiest time, month end! We need more reliable email and support. We put in a transfer request with Kingsley on the 10th of June 2024 and to this date no reply on the transfer request, despite me following up 3-4 times weekly. How can I get this resolved and who can I contact for assistance?
