shocking service

<p>I've been having problems with them since November last year trying to get my ftp details to upload my website. Was told in December it would take two weeks. No follow-up, not answering my emails. when my email problems started the technician made it out to be a problem on my side. Little did I know many of their clients were going through the same thing. I also got a deluge of thousands of emails I thought I deleted months ago after that interaction. Then since last week I was unable to send any emails. No answer to my calls or emails. Since Thursday I am also not receiving any emails. What the hell!!! I am so angry!!!</p>
