No support servide

I contacted Kingsley at 09h30 on Friday morning with a problem - No one answered the phone I then left numerous messages on the WhatsApp number they give. I can see that someone has been online - but no one has the good manners to contact me back !!!! They claim they have a support service on weekends - good lunch getting hold of them
