Kingsley Technologies - Shocking Support

I have been trying to contact Kingsley Technologies Support without success. The landline advises one to use a WhatsApp help number but nobody answers it or even responds to it for 2 days. How can any Internet Service provider 'support' department not call back or reply for 2 days?!! This is shocking service and one wonders whether they are going out of business.
