<div>I have been using this abomination of an ISP for at least 10-15 years. I do not want he hassle of moving service providers. Their total unproffessionalism and ineptitude has cost me a fortune in lost business and I am once again sitting without e-mail access. Their lack of service borders on the ********. They have also run their debit orders at times that suit them . I use an account specifically for debit orders and it the unauthorised running of debit orders by this pathetic crew have caused my debit order to be returned in the past. I would strongly advise potential customers to steer clear.</div>
