The pleasures of attempted firing

<p>There is a problem with Kingsley and I'm sure I'm not the only one. People get sent in for hearings and given a chance to prove their innocence. When it's proven that they are innocent the company looks for a reason to still fire them. This has especially been happening in the nuffield branch of Kingsley. The rumors go mad in that place of how people get sent for hearings. People whom have worked there for a year or 2 haven't signed permanent contracts. Probation contracts kept getting handed to them and afterwords nothing gets done. How fair is that. It's as though they use qnd abuse</p>
