Damege cold drinks that I can not sell to my customers
Hi HelloPeters, I'm Thato Molaolwa, Manager at Lebone Supermarket, N18 Ramatlabama Road, Mahikeng. I'm having issues with Kingsley Depot in Mafikeng. I regularly purchase drinks from them, but often receive damaged goods. Despite my requests, they refuse to replace them. I visited the Kingsley depot in Port Elizabeth in late January 2026, where I bought a few Kingsley beverages
I visited the Kingsley depot in Port Elizabeth in late January 2026, where I bought a few Kingsley beverages. I must say that the service was good, friendly faces and there was a gentleman who immediately assisted me as I entered the depot. I, however, could not manage to buy various flavors, as they didn't have stock of all the flavors. They have atleadt advised me that they were waiting for the truck to arrive with the stock. I managed to buy 2 six packs of Kingsley cans cola. The prices were super good and I will definitely be back to purchase more products. The store was clean and the customer service was great.

Persistent quality issues – Moldy smell in 2L/3L Cola
I have been a loyal consumer of Kingsley for a long time, but over the last few months, I have consistently noticed a strong smell of mold whenever I open a new 3-liter bottle of Kingsley Cola. The odor is faint upon opening but becomes very obvious and off-putting when pouring it into a glass to drink. This isn't a one-off experience; it has happened across multiple purchases. I’m very disappointed and concerned about the hygiene standards. I won’t be buying more until this is addressed. 2R12438 18:52

Kingsley do better
I logged a complaint for a defective product. I am still waiting for my complaint to be resolved since 2 September 2025. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and having to follow up constantly.
