Damege cold drinks that I can not sell to my customers

I'm Thato Molaolwa, Manager at Lebone Supermarket, N18 Ramatlabama Road, Mahikeng. I'm having issues with Kingsley Depot in Mafikeng. I regularly purchase drinks from them, but often receive damaged goods. Despite my requests, they refuse to replace them. Can you please assist?I wrote this email last week even today I didn't get reply.
