WORST FUNERAL POLICY EVER STAY AWAY FROM KINGDOM BLUE!!!!!!!!!

I dont believe it has taken over 30 days to process a funeral policy, its traumatic enough that one has lost a family member and we seek comfort by taking out funeral policies to ease some of the grief not knowing Kingdom Blue will further add to the trauma by dragging us from pillar to post. I would never recommend this policy to anyone they have no sense of urgency. Had we not taking an additional policy from my brother i can only presume by now we still could not have buried him seeing that in 30 days they have not said anything.Last excuse was they make only 10 pay outs a day..what mickey mouse financial institution is that....sad how they sell these policies to us low class citizens guess we deserve the service
