Would appreciate if the client needs and beliefs are met and for the record would appreciate if you update the client who you bring along with the driver for the trip and family member should seat in front seat and all needs for the family should be met.

The day my mom passe...
The day my mom passed on they were quickly to come and collect the body and all of the staff they friendly what ever question you ask they reply in a polite way they make you feel better always

Very considerate kind and the communication was perfect
Very considerate kind and the communication was perfect. I think taking our brother that night was a blessing for us considering that he was not their client and under the circumstances he was in. We really thank you the body arrived safely at home and the burial service went well too. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Bad service from Kingdom Blue
Kingdom Blue has failed to pay a 50% cashback since February 2026. This is unacceptable service. Every time I call, I get the same answer. There is no management to escalate to at all. This is part of a contract with them and therefore should be honored

Kingdom blue funeral
I am really heartbroken and my uncle passed away last week Monday,I submitted all the papers last week and even buried my uncle on Saturday till today I haven't received my cash claim I don't think I will ever trust kingdom blue again
