Unpaid claim

This is skeeming company. I have submitted my claim on the 29th January and it approved on the 04th February 2024 but till today they have not paid me. Am so angry and frustrated because we couldn't bury my mom in a dignified way because of this and it has left us in so much debt. Please help. As a family we really need this money.
