Unfair dismissal

I worked for them for 7months. Worked a lot of over time never got paid for it . A lot of times I was on the road for 24hours never got paid for it , just got a day off. After 3months probation they said my pay will go up because it waa 8500 at that time. Witch of course they never put my pay up. Then they took away my transport away because some of the other drivers miss used the company transport. I never did because I had to do removals at night witch I did a lot of. Removals of deceased. So I got myself in to so much debt because of it . I made 1 mistake of doing a house removal of a baby with out the ambulance report. But I told the branch manager of mamelodi where the removal was , she told me that she will sort out with the doctor that treated the baby for bi forms. Witch she did do but they charged the family 5000 witch is too much. Because bi forms only cost R400. So they suspended me with 1 months salary. Then they had a hearing with me that took the whole day. Then they sent me a dismissal letter on the 6th of this month. But the branch manager that helped me with this still has her work. Now I'm sitting with out a job . My husband only gets a pension of 1900 our rent is 6000 a month. The union is busy with it at the moment . My CCMA case is on the 3rd of October at 13:00 . But this company does a lot of Ilegal things. But pls keep my name anonamos
